When I received this package and realized the items did not fit, I searched for return instructions. The company had only enclosed a packing slip, with no information - not even an address, let along return instructions. I finally located a number - in small print - at the stop of the slip. This was NOT an 800 number (although they do have one, as I later discovered), and I had to make a long-distance call from NY to Oregon. When I called, I received only voice mail. I left a message indicating my anger and unhappiness with a return policy process that is not automatically spelled out with the order, and one which obviously does all it can to discourage returns. My message obviously reached someone who cared. I ultimately received a return call. The company representative said she was forwarding me a postage free label for my return and provided me with an 800 number and E-Mail address for future use, if necessary. The credit to my accunt took over 2 weeks. The way the company resolved this matter was exemplary - however the type of return policy they empl0y - which they never apologized for - is devious, to say the least, and I will not deal with them again.
