The ball was very hard for me to pump up with the hand pump included in the package. I am going to a chirpractor for neck and shoulder problems so using a hand pump was a problem. I couldn't get it pumped up enough to get the wrinkles out which meant that it was too small for me to use. I took it to the chiropractor's office and had them pump it up. The chiropractor had recommended a ball and I chose this one because it came with a pump. It's a very nice ball and seems to be of very good quality.
